Job Description

Clinical leadership position that has the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability to provide nutrition services that are in full compliance with all regulatory statutes, company policies and procedures, and financial performance targets. Collaborates with the regional and division operations team to support strategic planning and operational performance.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $100,000.00 to $110,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Clinical & Team Leadership

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of Registered Dietitians
  • Determine staffing models and resource allocation based on client needs and regulatory standards
  • Support team development, engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Oversee training, competency validation, and ongoing education

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and company standards
  • Conduct audits, mock surveys, and chart reviews to assess readiness and performance
  • Partner with operations on corrective actions and performance improvement plans
  • Analyze trends and drive proactive education and continuous improvement

Client & Business Partnership

  • Build strong relationships with clients and clinical stakeholders
  • Participate in client meetings, surveys, and performance reviews
  • Support communication and execution of company and client initiatives
  • Partner with sales on clinical representation and service alignment

Operational Excellence

  • Support strategic planning, mobilization, and new business initiatives
  • Contribute to clinical program development and process improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive consistency and scalability

Qualifications

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) required
  • Active state licensure as applicable
  • 5+ years of clinical nutrition experience, preferably in long-term care or multi-site environments
  • Experience leading or supporting teams and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and survey readiness
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to work across multiple sites and teams

Exposure

  • Chemical and equipment related hazards associated with kitchen operations.
