About the Role
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for, but not limited to, the operational management and oversight of multiple Sound Physicians hospitalist programs in an assigned region. The Regional Director of Operations will have a visible presence at several program locations and will focus on establishing professional relationships with the entire hospitalist team, hospital and system C-suite executives, case management, nursing, medical staff office, as well as community providers and specialty physicians.
The Regional Director of Operations manages a team of direct reports that support day to day operations of successful Hospitalist Programs within an assigned region. They report up to a Regional Vice President with accountability to the Regional Chief Medical Officer (s) as well.
The Details: This remote role requires the ability to travel regionally up to 20% of the time. Candidates based in the Eastern region are preferred.
