Regional Field Service Manager - Reno Nevada Full-Time

The Regional Field Service Manager will work directly with the Senior Manager of Network Field Operations to ensure StarTouch network deployment and repairs are carried out in a safe, timely, and orderly fashion. The Regional Field Service Manager will work with Field Service Technicians to carry out the scope of work outlined.
Primary Job Responsibilities 1) Direct or participate in all work on towers, looking after all aspects of work, ensuring that quality installation has been performed, including cable management, rigging, hoisting, landing, grounding, fastening, load-hopping, etc. 2) Perform service set-ups/take-downs-maintenance of StarTouch microwave services to StarTouch customers 3) Perform cabling projects and networking duties at terminal facilities or other job locations 4) Comply, and direct others to comply, with company standards, policies, safety protocols and best-practice industry standards 5) As directed, perform on-site supervision of all assigned construction activities defined in the scope-of-work 6) Assist in lining out jobs, in detail, with the Field Service Techs, selecting a "project lead" for each projects 7) Complete daily per-site field reports and collect daily per-site Job Safety Analysis (JSA) 8) Review all on-site closeout documentation for accuracy, completeness and timeliness: submit and upload documentation as required.
