Regional Finance Director

Target Compensation: $180,000 - $200,000 Base

Key Responsibilities for the Regional Finance Director:

• Oversee financial operations for multiple manufacturing facilities, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close
• Lead and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals across plant and corporate functions
• Support ERP implementation efforts and improve financial reporting capabilities
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business
• Partner with operations and senior leadership to improve decision-making and business performance

Qualifications for the Regional Finance Director:

• Manufacturing finance leadership experience required
• Multi-site operational finance experience within a complex manufacturing environment
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and team leadership
• CPA and/or MBA preferred; combination of public accounting and industry experience is highly valued
