Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 2+ years of LifeLine sales management experience
Experience recruiting, training, and managing enrollment agents
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to drive regional sales performance
Knowledge of LifeLine enrollment and compliance requirements
Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
Recruit and develop field sales teams
Train agents on enrollment procedures and compliance
Drive enrollment growth throughout assigned territories
Monitor and improve team performance
Build community partnerships and sales opportunities
Assist in launching new products and services
