  About the Role

  We are seeking a Regional Manager who sees greenfield expansion as the ultimate challenge: the opportunity to take raw potential and transform it into a thriving, multi-location operation. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain the status quo. This is for entrepreneurial-minded builders, leaders, and player-coaches who want to create something from the ground up and own the results.

  As Regional Manager, you will have the backing of our corporate team to establish and scale 3 to 6 service locations across your region. You will be growth-focused, using your P&L as a scorecard while making the strategic decisions that drive real expansion. You will build high-performing teams, forge relationships with key insurance and commercial partners, and create operational excellence in restoration services.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Strategic Growth & Expansion

  Drive strategic expansion and organic growth across multiple sites within your assigned region
•        Identify market opportunities and lead regional business development initiativesDevelop and execute operational plans aligned with Fortify's values and growth objectives

  Operations & Service Excellence

•        Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards in service delivery, safety, and complianceImplement best practices to optimize operational efficiency and manage operating expenses
•        Leverage our shared technology platform to deliver consistent customer experiences from first call to final walkthrough

  Team Leadership & Culture

  Lead, mentor, and develop local leadership teams to foster a culture of accountability, performance, and service heart
•        Promote cross-functional collaboration between operations and corporate support functionsEmbody the player-coach mentality: willing to roll up your sleeves alongside your team when needed

  Financial Performance

•        Full P&L accountability for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performanceMonitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed

  Business Development & Partnerships

•        Recruit, train, and lead Business Development teams to execute the regional go-to-market strategyBuild relationships with key referral sources including insurance carriers, property managers, and commercial accounts
•        Partner with Corporate Marketing to share local market insights and execute regional campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness

  Brand & Customer Experience

  Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, delivering on our promise of clear communication, no surprises, and dependable outcomes

  Represent the company as a brand ambassador at local, regional, and national industry trade shows and conferences

  Requirements

  Qualifications:

•        8 to 15 years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, disaster recovery services, or other property services such as HVAC or waterproofingProven success in multi-site operations, organic growth, and cross-functional leadership
•        Strategic mindset with the ability to shift between high-level vision and hands-on executionDemonstrated ability to build and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting key referral partners across local and regional markets
•        Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and job-level profitability modelsExecutive-level communication and leadership presence
•        Willingness to travel throughout assigned region up to 75%; occasional national travel
