The Regional Manager role provides a crucial link between Program Managers, internalleadership teamandexternal health system executive clients. Successful candidates for the role will ensure continuous client satisfaction with our programs and services, deep integration of program across client sites, engagement across direct reports and a strong ability to identify new opportunities for expansion of both Health Scholar programs and consulting services. Regional Managers are responsible for the supervision of several Program Managers, who run the day-to-day operations of COPE Health Scholar sites. Regional Managers possess ultimate accountability for the success of their client sites, ensuring all client metrics are exceeded, contributing to the overall success of program operations at all sites, and providing an excellent program experience for all COPE Health Scholar participants.
