Regional Manager

Position title: Regional ManagerPay rate range: $80 - $90kBenefits: Medical, dental, 401k, life insurance, LTD, STD, paid holidays, paid time offSchedule: M-F 40 hoursLocation: Based out of Corporate Office in Richfield overseeing properties Metes & Bounds is looking to add an experienced leader to our team. Your main responsibility in this position is leading a team of property managers in the operation and physical maintenance of residential multi-tenant properties.Responsibilities:Ensures that on-site employees comply with all policies and procedures established for the property and the companyPersonally inspects the exterior and interior of each property at least once a month, make recommendations for repair and/or replacementsReview all delinquent rents and determines action required, assists Property Manager in collection of delinquencies, oversee Unlawful Detainer processEnsures all funds are collected and delivered to the main office in a timely mannerAudit each property petty cash report monthlyInspect resident files for accuracy and completenessReview weekly availability report to ensure report is accurate and up to dateInspect vacancies to analyze readinessReview budgets with Property ManagersSchedule unannounced property visits for inspection and evaluation purposes of property and personneMonitor and approves all property advertisingMake recommendations for increasing rents to supervisorAttend weekly staff meeting with supervisor to discuss property and personnel issuesInterview, hire and train Property Managers and Maintenance TechniciansQualifications:Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property management required3 years minimum experience in a multi-site supervisory role preferredAbility to act independently and make decisionsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAble to multi-task and manage several projects and excel under tight deadlinesAble to communicate effectively and efficiently with residents, team members, vendors, andownersPrevious experience working with budgets/financials requiredComputer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookPrevious experience in property management software requiredHigh school diploma required, college degree preferredMust be able to clear a thorough background checkMetes & Bounds is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
