You'll lead regional sales and operations by applying strong leadership, business acumen, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills in an ever evolving environment. Success in this role requires a continuous improvement mindset, the ability to analyze sales, financial, operational, and market data, build strong customer and vendor relationships, develop talent, and identify opportunities that support profitable growth. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database systems, CRM platforms, and reporting tools is essential.
Experience in the waterworks industry or a related field such as utilities, industrial distribution, underground infrastructure, or construction supply is required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of industry products, market conditions, sales practices, and customer needs, along with the ability to apply that knowledge to execute sales strategies, improve operations, manage risk, and deliver sustainable business results.
