As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in optimizing end-to-end supply chain and distribution operations for service parts and e-commerce across a multi-site region. This position is critical in developing talent, strategically fostering best-in-class customer experience, and delivering operational excellence.
You will ensure the seamless flow of materials and finished goods from suppliers, distribution centers, to service centers, collision sites, or mobile repair locations driving quality, efficiency, and optimizing cost in a fast-paced high-volume environment. A successful leader in this role will provide clear vision and direction across the region, foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement, while accelerating our cutting-edge processes and technology around fulfillment and logistics.
- Oversee regional operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation coordination
- Build and foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across the region
- Lead by example and focus on talent development as mentor, coach, and grow a high-performing team of general managers and operations staff
- Set clear goals for safety, customer experience, and fulfillment to consistently achieve high service levels
- Provide strategic vision and direction while building strong collaborative relationships with suppliers, planning, engineering, and support teams
- Drive best in class customer experience through reliable, efficient, and responsive operations
- Analyze data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, implement lean processes, manage supply risks, and deliver on monthly business goals while maintaining compliance and safety standards
- Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field with evidence of exceptional ability or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse overseeing 200+ employees
- Proven track record for leading large teams, developing talent, and delivering strong results
- Demonstrated resilience in overcoming adversity, exceptional urgency in execution, and a strong passion for driving transformative change
- Experience with data driven decision making and continuous improvement methodologies
- Flexible to travel across the region for site evaluation and direct leadership support
