Job Description

The Regional Operations Manager serves as the primary point of contact within the region for Operations-related matters and acts as the key liaison between the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and regional Operations teams. This role is responsible for ensuring service delivery processes are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously improved across the region. The position drives operational excellence through performance management, service delivery optimization, network performance enhancement, and process efficiency initiatives. By providing leadership and guidance to Operations teams, the Regional Operations Manager fosters high levels of customer satisfaction, supports innovative regional initiatives, and ensures operational objectives and performance targets are achieved.

In this position your key responsibilities will be:

• Serve as the primary point of contact within the region for Operations-related topics.
• Ensure service delivery processes are implemented and adhered to, including monitoring performance and driving service delivery improvements within Operations.
• Assess performance against key performance targets on an ongoing basis and identify and implement corrective actions through regional and country Operations managers.
• Drive and improve LDC network performance and service delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all Operations teams within the region to enhance service delivery, including communication effectiveness and collection outcomes.
• Originate and drive operational efficiency improvements within the region.
• Coordinate and propose local and regional innovative initiatives.
• Increase customer satisfaction within the region through improved service delivery in terms of both quality and quantity.
• Continuously optimize service delivery processes and outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the COO and the regional Operations organization.

What qualification should you have? The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within the financial services industry, preferably in an international environment, including experience implementing new processes and managing change.
• Thorough knowledge of debt collection techniques.
• Affinity for new and emerging technologies related to debt collection.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to make and implement decisions in an international environment.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize and improve processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Enthusiastic, creative, proactive, assertive, and results-oriented approach.
• Good understanding of financial and legal environments and how customer requirements impact service delivery.
• Demonstrated perseverance, resilience, and tolerance in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

• Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, dependent on experience with a 20% bonus potential.
