Location: Chicago Metro Area Employment

Travel: Approximately 60%

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Up to 40% Bonus

About the Opportunity Take your industrial sales career to the next level with an established leader in custom gearing, gearbox manufacturing, and repair solutions! We're seeking a driven Regional Sales Executive to expand business throughout the Chicago Metro area, develop key industrial relationships, and deliver engineered solutions that help customers reduce downtime and maximize equipment life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand existing accounts across heavy industrial markets.
• Sell custom gearboxes, precision gearing, gearbox repair/rebuild services, and power transmission solutions.
• Build relationships with OEMs, plant managers, maintenance leaders, reliability engineers, and industrial decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities for gearbox repair versus replacement and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Manage territory sales activities, customer visits, and sales pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial B2B sales experience with proven business development success.
• Experience selling gearboxes, gearing, power transmission equipment, rotating equipment, or related engineered industrial products.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment and manufacturing applications.
• Ability to develop relationships with OEMs and industrial end-users.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% throughout the territory.
• Direct gearbox manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
