BHS Corrugated is looking for a Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives and manage customer relationships across the southeast regional territory. In this role, you'll drive new project opportunities, promote best‑in‑class corrugating equipment, and help shape the future of our customers' operations.What You'll DoBuild and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers and decision‑makers across your territoryConduct periodic site visits and stay informed on market trends including expansions, contractions, and mergers to identify new opportunitiesPresent BHS solutions and work closely with customers to match equipment with their production goalsGenerate and present proposals, layout drawings, and technical sales literatureCoordinate customer reference visits to active BHS installationsActively follow up on all opportunities, guiding prospects through to final decisionPartner with our project engineering team after a sale to ensure smooth project start‑up, handling change orders, clarifying scope, and advocating for customer and company interestsCultivate and grow the corrugating roll business—including new roll sales, regrinds, and roll exchange programs (NICE rolls, glue & metering rolls, and CARE carts)What You BringBachelor's degree (4‑year degree required)Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a related industryTechnical or engineering background a plus (not required)Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and CRM toolsStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independentlyA personable, self‑motivated approach with a passion for building trust and delivering resultsWhy BHS CorrugatedIndustry‑leading technology and a strong reputation in the corrugating industryOpportunity to lead strategic sales initiatives in a growing territoryCollaborative and supportive team cultureCompetitive compensation and benefitsSalary130-160k plus commissionIf you're ready to grow your career with a global leader in corrugating technology, we want to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
