Regional Sales Manager

Arkansas Talent Group is exclusively partnering with a growing industrial equipment and service provider to identify a Regional Sales Manager focused on the poultry-processing industry. Georgia is the preferred home base.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced salesperson with poultry-industry relationships—or a plant professional ready to put their industry knowledge to work in sales.

The Opportunity

In this newly created, growth focused individual-contributor role, you'll take ownership of developing a territory, building relationships with poultry-processing plants, and growing new business. An established mix of equipment and service offerings gives you multiple ways to meet customer needs and build long-term relationships.

Whether you bring established sales relationships or plant experience you're ready to translate into a sales career, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the company's presence in a priority market—with uncapped incentive potential tied to your success.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business within poultry-processing facilities.
• Build relationships with plant level decision makers (maintenance, engineering, operations, purchasing, etc.)
• Identify equipment and repair needs and coordinate solutions with internal technical teams.
• Manage your sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and follow through on opportunities.
• Travel regularly to customer facilities throughout the territory.

What We're Looking For

We're open to two backgrounds:

• Sales professionals who sell equipment, components, or services directly into poultry-processing plants.

• Poultry plant professionals interested in moving into sales who bring poultry-processing experience, relevant equipment knowledge, and an understanding of plant operations. This could include maintenance, reliability, engineering, or other technical and operational leaders who are genuinely motivated to prospect, build customer relationships, ask for business, and be measured on sales results

The right person brings relevant industry relationships, technical aptitude, strong follow-through, and the drive to generate new business. Experience with conveyors, motors, power transmission, or equipment repair is a plus.

Location & Travel

Georgia is the preferred home base. Exceptional Arkansas-based candidates may also be considered. This is a home-based, field-sales role requiring regular plant visits and periodic travel to company facilities throughout Georgia and Arkansas.

Compensation

Base salary plus generous, uncapped incentive compensation. Specific base salary, incentive mechanics, and performance expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
