Our culture emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, customer focus, and long‑term career development.Job Details We are seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee and grow a Northern California territory for a leading manufacturer of highly engineered commercial and industrial solutions. This is a remote, field‑based role responsible for managing existing customer relationships while driving new business development across a diverse customer base. The District Sales Manager will execute a consultative sales strategy focused on identifying customer needs, delivering value‑driven solutions, and expanding market share throughout the assigned region. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams including technical support, operations, customer service, marketing, and leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project execution.Key Responsibilities Developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, contractors, facility managers, engineers, end users, and other key decision‑makers.Serving as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them evaluate solutions, improve operational performance, and achieve business objectives.Managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, product demonstrations, proposal development, pricing discussions, contract negotiations, forecasting, and ongoing account support.Collaborating with internal teams (technical support, operations, customer service, marketing, and leadership) to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project execution.Analyzing territory performance, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring competitive activity, maintaining accurate CRM data, developing account growth plans, and providing market intelligence to leadership.Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer‑facing meetings throughout the region.Qualifications Proven track record of success in business‑to‑business sales, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, building products, HVAC, mechanical systems, distribution, facility services, or environmental solutions.Experience selling through distribution channels, managing contractor relationships, and navigating complex sales cycles.Self‑motivated, relationship‑oriented sales professional who thrives in an autonomous territory management role.Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable discussing technical concepts with a variety of stakeholders.Demonstrated success driving revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Ability to reside within Sacramento region, Bay Area, or Central Valley and travel throughout Northern California.Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
