With decades of industry leadership and a reputation for quality and innovation, they continue to invest in new technologies and strategic partnerships that drive growth across enterprise, education, commercial, and professional AV markets.

As part of a growing sales organization, you'll have the opportunity to represent a respected brand while working with some of the industry's largest national reseller partners.

    About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow several strategic national channel accounts. This is a relationship-driven role where you'll partner with key resellers to drive sales growth, identify new opportunities, and execute joint business strategies.

Success in this role comes from building trusted relationships, understanding partner priorities, uncovering new opportunities, and collaborating internally to deliver solutions that create long-term value for both customers and channel partners.

If you enjoy managing high-profile accounts, developing channel strategies, and working for an established technology manufacturer, this is an outstanding opportunity to make an immediate impact.

    What You'll Do

    Strategic Account Management

    • Own and grow assigned national reseller accounts, driving revenue and expanding market share.
    • Build strong relationships with executive leadership, sales teams, and key decision-makers within each partner organization.
    • Develop and execute account plans that align with customer objectives and company growth strategies.
    • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts while strengthening long-term partnerships.

    Channel Sales & Business Development

    • Collaborate with reseller partners to generate demand and increase product adoption.
    • Conduct regular account reviews, business planning sessions, and sales meetings.
    • Support partner sales teams with product positioning, competitive differentiation, and customer engagement strategies.
    • Participate in joint customer meetings and business development activities.

    Sales Execution

    • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.
    • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity within CRM.
    • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, product management, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
    • Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth objectives.

    Market Engagement

    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and training sessions.
    • Deliver presentations to executive audiences and customer stakeholders.
    • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

    What You'll Bring

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, account management, or business development within the IT, Pro AV, or display technology industries.
    • Experience working with national reseller partners such as SHI, Insight, Zones, CDW, or similar organizations.
    • Proven success growing strategic reseller or distribution accounts.
    • Strong understanding of channel sales models and partner engagement.
    • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

    Preferred

    • Background in display technology, collaboration solutions, professional AV, or related technologies.
    • Experience developing joint business plans and executing partner growth strategies.

    Why You'll Love This Role

    • Manage some of the industry's most strategic national reseller relationships.
    • Represent an established global technology brand recognized for innovation and quality.
    • High-visibility role with the opportunity to directly influence revenue growth and partner success.
    • Collaborate with experienced sales, marketing, and product teams in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
    • Autonomy to manage your territory while building long-term relationships with industry-leading partners.
    • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, company-provided equipment, and opportunities for continued career advancement.
