Regional Sales Representative – Florida
MC Armor | Based in Boca Raton, FL | Territory: Florida
B2B Territory Sales Manager – Security & Protective Solutions 

Commission: Depends on business unit sales
Travel: 30–50%
Territory: Florida / Southeast US

About the Role


MC Armor is looking for a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to own and grow our Florida territory. You'll be the face of MC Armor to law enforcement agencies, federal agencies, security firms, dealers, and distributors across the state — building the kind of trust that turns a single sale into a long-term account.

Duties


  • Engage with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Conduct sales negotiations effectively, presenting product offerings and closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the territory to expand the company's customer base.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Represent MC ARMOR at industry events and trade shows as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings including ballistic protection, security solutions, protective apparel, body armor, and law enforcement equipment.
Requirements


  • Proven experience in B2B sales within a corporate or security environment preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate sales effectively and close deals consistently.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for managing sales activities and client information.
  • Ability to work independently within a territory that requires 30–50% travel across Florida and Southeast US.
  • Experience in deal closing within a corporate or private security context is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities.

Requirements


  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in body armor, personal protection, tactical/duty gear, law enforcement equipment, or a related industry. 
  •  Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 
  •  Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar systems to manage pipelines, opportunities, accounts, and sales activity. 
  •  Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including customer visits, trade shows, industry events, and in-person product demonstrations. 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to successfully complete a background check, consistent with company requirements and the nature of our products and customers. 
  •  Professional interest in and ability to work respectfully with law enforcement, military, security, and first responder communities. 
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. 
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize opportunities, build a pipeline, and consistently achieve sales objectives. 
  •  Ability to collaborate effectively with sales leadership, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver a strong customer experience from prospecting through account development. 
  •  Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities across a territory. 
  • Willingness to learn and communicate technical product information, including ballistic protection, product certifications, and applications. 
Preferred Qualifications


  •  Existing relationships within law enforcement, federal agencies, private security, CIT, tactical, or corporate security markets. 
  •  Experience selling technical or high-value products through a consultative or solution-based sales process. 
  •  Experience with territory development, account expansion, and channel/dealer development. 
  •  Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with government/municipal bid and procurement processes.
