Regional Transformation Procurement Lead - Americas

Capgemini is seeking a senior Regional Transformation Procurement Lead - Americas to drive an account-first, sector-led procurement model across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. This role will lead next-generation Intelligent Procurement Operations, integrating AI-first delivery, sector specialization, sustainability, legal (CLM), and strong BPO / managed services environments.

Location Requirement

This role requires onsite presence 4 days per week at a Capgemini office in Nashville, Chicago, or New York City (NYC).

Role Overview

You will lead regional procurement transformation across key strategic accounts, ensuring alignment across sales, delivery, and sector leadership.

The role combines client growth, transformation, and operational delivery, with a strong emphasis on scaling BPO / Global Business Services (GBS) models and industrialized delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement transformation and delivery across the Americas region
  • Operationalize a sector-led procurement model with embedded sustainability and legal capabilities
  • Enable strategic accounts with governance, transformation ownership, and executive engagement
  • Drive large deals and shape AI-first procurement solutions
  • Lead transformation across S2C / P2P, shared services, GBS, and BPO delivery models
  • Scale automation, analytics, and AI-enabled procurement operations
  • Build and lead high-performing regional teams

Core Requirements (Critical for Success)

  • 15+ years of procurement transformation or consulting experience, including strong BPO / managed services leadership
  • Deep expertise in procurement transformation, S2C / P2P, and shared services / GBS operating models
  • Proven experience managing large, complex global accounts and multi-country teams
  • Strong background in commercials, solutioning, and sales support in outsourcing / BPO environments
  • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, procurement analytics, and intelligent operations
  • Industry expertise across sectors such as Consumer Products, Automotive, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Energy
  • Executive stakeholder management and client leadership experience

This is a high-impact leadership role for candidates with a proven ability to drive procurement transformation within BPO / GBS models at scale.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $93,500 - $262,740. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
