Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all regional operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
3. Manage P&L, cash flow, and profitability of the region, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
4. Oversee labor and productivity, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and maintaining high levels of employee satisfaction and morale.
5. Manage materials and inventory, ensuring adequate supplies for ongoing projects while minimizing waste and costs.
6. Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and business growth.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
8. Collaborate with other regional VPs and senior management to share best practices and drive company-wide operational excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operations role within the construction industry.
3. Proven track record in managing P&L, cash flow, and profitability.
4. Strong understanding of labor and productivity management, materials and inventory management.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
6. Excellent strategic planning and execution skills, with a focus on operational efficiency and business growth.
7. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
8. Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards in the construction industry.
9. High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to company values and culture.
