Registered Behavior Technician

About the Role:
Fairclough Behavior Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Duluth/Gwinnett/Snellville/Lawrencville, GA. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
• Collect accurate behavioral data and document session notes in a timely manner
• Use evidence-based techniques such as DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies
• Monitor client progress and communicate updates to supervising BCBA
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce skill generalization

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities
• Strong data collection, documentation, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable with a client-centered approach
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Gwinnett, GA area
• Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
