Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - ABA / Autism Industry: Behavioral Health / ABA / Autism ServicesLocation: El Monte 91733 - In-Home ServicesWork Arrangement: In-Person / In-HomePay: $26.00 per hourEmployment Type: Part-TimeSchedule: Flexible afternoons, evenings, and weekends About the OpportunityNoble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a client with over 18 years of experience providing ABA services to children with Autism and developmental disabilities.This opportunity is ideal for certified RBTs with at least one year of experience who are passionate about helping children develop essential skills. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents.Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.Collect behavioral data and accurately document client progress.Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and families to support treatment goals.Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.QualificationsActive Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy or working as a Behavior Technician required.Bachelor's degree NOT required.Experience working with children with Autism or developmental disabilities.Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention techniques.Strong communication, patience, and reliability.Ability to travel to clients' homes.Availability during afternoons, evenings, or weekends.BenefitsCompetitive Pay: $26.00 per hour.Flexible Part-Time ScheduleMileage ReimbursementPaid Sick LeaveMedical, Dental, Vision & 401(k) for eligible employees.Career Growth & Ongoing BCBA SupervisionSupportive Work EnvironmentEqual Employment OpportunityNoble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing and our client are Equal Opportunity Employers.
