Reginstered Behavioral Technician
Brighter Mind Therapy, LLC


Position Overview


Brighter Mind Therapy, LLC is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing ABA therapy team. RBTs will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings while implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families through evidence-based behavioral therapy.


Responsibilities


  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs created by a BCBA
  • Collect accurate data during therapy sessions
  • Assist clients with communication, social, academic, and daily living skills
  • Maintain professionalism with families, schools, and team members
  • Attend supervision meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Ensure client safety and maintain ethical standards at all times
Qualifications


  • Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or coursework in psychology, education, ABA, social work, or related field preferred
  • Experience working with children is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • CPR/BLS certification preferred
