Schedule: As needed, based on district staffing requirements
First Scheduled Shift: November 9, 2026 | 6:45 AM 3:15 PM

Position Overview:

Seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support on an as-needed basis. The RBT will primarily support Huntley High School but must be available to assist with additional behavioral support needs throughout the district.

This position will also provide coverage for planned and unplanned absences of the currently assigned RBT, ensuring continuity of student services.

BCBA Supervision is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA-based strategies under BCBA supervision.
Provide direct behavioral support in individual and classroom settings.
Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and district staff.
Provide flexible coverage across district campuses as needs arise.
Maintain appropriate documentation of student services and progress.

Requirements:
Active RBT certification through the BACB.
Previous school-based or special education experience preferred.
Flexibility to work at multiple district locations.
Ability to meet district background and clearance requirements.

Additional Information: The first scheduled shift is November 9, 2026, from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM. Additional shifts will be offered based on district needs, staff absences, and available assignments.
