Please note pay will start at $35 - $37.00 DOE no exceptions until work ethics, skill set and quality of work is proven (i.e:<\/span> fillings stay in place, deliveries stay in place, minimal returned lab cases, no re -do's, Solid clinical notes, etc.) then pay will increase.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Perform expanded functions dental assisting (EF2 duties) in compliance with California regulations<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Assist with restorative dentistry, crown & bridge, fillings, and advanced procedures<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Place and finish restorations within RDAEF2 scope of practice<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Take digital x -rays (radiographs), impressions, and intraoral scans<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Support multi -doctor dental practice workflow<\/span>
  <\/span><\/p><\/li>

• Provide excellent chairside assisting and patient communication<\/span>

    • Monday: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM<\/span>

    • Tuesday: 9:10 AM – 6:00 PM<\/span>

    • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Thursday: 9:10 AM – 6:00 PM<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Friday: 8:10 AM – 5:00 PM<\/span>
      <\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • No weekends<\/span>

      This is a consistent, full -schedule in a structured, team -oriented environment. Ideal RDAEF2 is willing to start at $35 and work their way up to a higher pay as the office is not familiar with quality of work. <\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>

      • Active California Registered Dental Assistant EF2 (RDAEF2) license
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Minimum 2+ years dental assisting experience
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience in a general dental practice or multi -doctor office preferred
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Proficient in Dentrix dental software (preferred)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Strong knowledge of restorative procedures, dental materials, and expanded functions
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Experience with digital radiographs, impressions, and patient care
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Ability to work in a fast -paced, high -volume dental office
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Reliable, dependable, and punctual with strong work ethic
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
