What You’ll Do<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

• Provide chairside assistance during cosmetic, restorative, implant, endodontic, and general dental procedures<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready before each appointment<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Take digital radiographs, intraoral photographs, and digital impressions<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Assist with patient education and post -operative instructions<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Sterilize instruments and maintain operatories<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Support efficient patient flow and productive scheduling<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Maintain accurate clinical charting and documentation<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

<\/div><\/div><\/h1>

• Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License
<\/span><\/span><\/h1>

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Experience assisting with cosmetic, restorative, crown & bridge, implant, and endodontic procedures
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Digital radiography experience required
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Experience using Open Dental preferred
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Experience with Dexis imaging systems preferred
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Experience using an iTero digital scanner is a plus
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Strong understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Excellent communication and patient education skills
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Ability to multitask in a fast -paced, high -performing environment
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Positive, professional, and team -oriented attitude
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

• Experience working in an<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>MGE (Management by Objectives)<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>practice or familiarity with MGE systems and practice philosophies is<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>highly preferred
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
