At Endodontic & Implantology Associates, we’re looking for an RDA who’s as passionate about patient care as we are—someone who thrives in a fast-paced specialty practice and helps keep every day running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit
• Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures in endodontics and implants while ensuring smooth workflow through four-handed dentistry techniques.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments using aseptic techniques and setting up necessary supplies for each patient operatory
• Take and process digital dental radiographs (x-rays); CBCT experience is a plus
• Provide clear post-treatment oral care instructions to patients

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CA RDA license
• Prior dental assistant experience is required
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Punctual, dependable, and flexible with scheduling including extended hours
• Computer literate with good typing skills
