Registered Dental Hygienist – Albertville, MN

Location: Albertville, MN

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 32–40 hours per week

Scheduling flexibility is available and can be discussed based on candidate availability and practice needs.

Compensation

• $60–$65/hour, based on experience
• Annualized Base Compensation: Approximately $99,840–$135,200/year, depending on weekly hours
• Competitive bonus system
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join an established dental practice in Albertville, MN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other preventive procedures
• Complete periodontal assessments and oral cancer screenings
• Take diagnostic radiographs as clinically indicated
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical team members to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain appropriate infection control and clinical safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license or ability to obtain one
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong patient communication and education skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
• New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
