- Hourly Rate: $59/hour
- Annualized Compensation: Approximately $98,176/year (based on 32 hours/week)
- Additional Earnings: Production-based bonus opportunity
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join a growing, privately owned dental practice in Bloomington, MN. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on education and trust-building
- Perform dental prophylaxis, including scaling and removal of deposits and stains
- Conduct periodontal assessments, charting, and oral cancer screenings
- Take and process dental radiographs
- Apply fluoride and other preventive treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and long-term dental health
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the dentist and team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical knowledge of hygiene procedures and patient care
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
