Registered Dental hygienist

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join a dynamic dental team in Carmel IN. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting oral health, educating patients, and providing high-quality preventative dental care. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing
• Take and process digital dental X-rays
• Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
• Apply preventive materials such as fluoride and sealants
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care
• Assist in identifying signs of potential oral health issues and communicate findings to the dentist
• Maintain accurate patient records and hygiene notes
• Sterilize and maintain hygiene instruments and treatment areas in compliance with infection control standards
• Support the dental team with patient care and office procedures as needed

Requirements:

• Valid and current Registered Dental Hygienist license in INDIANA
• X-Ray certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Experience with dental software is a plus
• Must Be bi-lingual Haitian Creole or French
