What You’ll Do - Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including exams, periodontal charting, prophylaxis, and scaling/root planing
- Conduct thorough gum health evaluations and collaborate on diagnosis with the doctor
- Take and interpret digital X-rays; assist with CBCT imaging
- Deliver tailored patient education that builds trust and long-term health outcomes
- Maintain clean, accurate, and detailed clinical notes
- Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with patients in a small-town community setting
- Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to create a seamless patient experience
- Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols with precision

Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in California
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Excellent communication skills and a gentle, patient-centered approach
- Comfort with digital workflows and openness to new technology
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to the highest standard of care
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Laser certification is a plus

Schedule
- Full-time preferred (4 days/week), but part-time candidates are welcome to apply.
- Office Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. 7am - 3:30pm Wednesday.
- No late evenings; schedule designed for work–life balance
