What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive hygiene care, including exams, periodontal charting, prophylaxis, and scaling/root planing
  • Conduct thorough gum health evaluations and collaborate on diagnosis with the doctor
  • Take and interpret digital X-rays; assist with CBCT imaging
  • Deliver tailored patient education that builds trust and long-term health outcomes
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and detailed clinical notes
  • Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with patients in a small-town community setting
  • Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to create a seamless patient experience
  • Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols with precision

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in California
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
  • Excellent communication skills and a gentle, patient-centered approach

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to the highest standard of care
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Laser certification is a plus

  • Office Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. 7am - 3:30pm Wednesday.
