Position Title: Dental Hygienist

Location: La Jolla

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Thursday

Compensation: $60–$65 per hour (DOE)

Dental Hygienist – Full-Time Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join their established and supportive dental team in La Jolla, CA. This is a full-time position offering a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance with long weekends every week.

This practice values quality care over volume and does not utilize assisted hygiene, allowing you to focus on delivering thorough, personalized patient care at your own pace.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal maintenance, and preventive services
• Take digital radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health and home care
• Accurately chart and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional patient experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Active California Dental Hygienist license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care
• Local Anesthesia and Laser Certified
