We seek candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a related discipline, holding state licensure as a Registered Dietitian, with preference given to those certified by the American Dietetic Association. Applicants should bring a minimum of two years of dietary experience, or a comparable mix of education and experience, along with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Join our dedicated team to offer comprehensive nutrition care across Acute Care, Long-Term Care, and Outpatient settings. Your role will involve personalized dietary planning and education to improve patient and resident health outcomes. Duties include conducting nutritional assessments, developing customized nutrition care plans, offering counseling and education, and supporting diabetes management programs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain excellence in patient care, develop and monitor specialized diets, evaluate menu compliance, and spearhead community education initiatives. Lead training sessions and support the team with your expertise in specialized nutrition.

Offering a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with competitive compensation ranging from $58K to $80K.
