A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join its team. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on resident outcomes while working alongside a collaborative care team in an environment that values both clinical excellence and work-life balance.

What You'll Do:

Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop individualized care plans
Manage and monitor enteral nutrition programs
Provide guidance and support for wound care nutrition
Develop and oversee therapeutic diet plans
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate residents and families on nutrition-related goals and outcomes
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary regulations

What We're Looking For:

✔ Active RD/RDN credential required
✔ Active Maryland Dietitian License required
✔ Experience with enteral nutrition, wound care nutrition, and/or therapeutic diets is highly preferred
✔ Strong communication, assessment, and patient education skills
