7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday

$27 - $30 per hour

Main Function:

Responsible for providing comprehensive assessment and nutrition treatment and coordination for Complete Senior Care (CSC) members in the center, their homes, or other settings. Plans, organizes and conducts a comprehensive program of individual and group nutrition services including provision of nutrition needs of the member, clinical guidance, nutrition education and counseling to meet normal and therapeutic needs.

Education, Training and Experience:

1. Bachelor's Degree with major in food nutrition or equivalent experience.
2. Current registration to practice as a Registered Dietitian from Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
3. Minimum of one-year experience with frail elderly population in acute, long term care, or community based setting.
