We are currently seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team in a part-time role. This position offers a flexible schedule while allowing you to make a meaningful clinical impact.

Position Overview

The Registered Dietitian is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized nutrition care plans to support residents’ health, recovery, and overall well-being.

Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including residents with complex medical conditions• Develop, implement, and update individualized nutrition care plans• Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust plans as clinically indicated• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to integrate dietary services into resident care• Provide guidance to dietary staff on menu planning, therapeutic diets, and regulatory compliance• Educate residents and families on dietary modifications and nutritional goals• Ensure compliance with all state and federal dietary regulations• Maintain accurate and timely nutrition documentation in the medical record

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian in the State of Pennsylvania• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field• Minimum one (1) year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred• Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets, nutritional standards, and regulatory requirements• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Experience with EMR systems preferred
