The Work You’ll Do

As our Registered Dietitian, you’ll use your clinical expertise to support the health and quality of life of our residents, including:

  • Assessing nutritional needs and developing individualized plans of care.
  • Providing medical nutrition therapy and monitoring resident progress.
  • Identifying and addressing residents who may be at nutritional risk.
  • Partnering with residents, families, nursing, food service, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Participating in care planning and providing nutrition education and guidance.
  • Maintaining required clinical documentation and supporting regulatory compliance.
  • Supporting quality improvement, surveys, and other nutrition-related needs of the facility.

You’ll also bring:

  • A resident-first approach and interest in knowing the person behind the care plan.
  • A collaborative approach to working with residents, families, and the care team.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Current active registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • At least one year of relevant experience in an institutional healthcare setting.
