The Work You’ll Do
As our Registered Dietitian, you’ll use your clinical expertise to support the health and quality of life of our residents, including:
- Assessing nutritional needs and developing individualized plans of care.
- Providing medical nutrition therapy and monitoring resident progress.
- Identifying and addressing residents who may be at nutritional risk.
- Partnering with residents, families, nursing, food service, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Participating in care planning and providing nutrition education and guidance.
- Maintaining required clinical documentation and supporting regulatory compliance.
- Supporting quality improvement, surveys, and other nutrition-related needs of the facility.

You’ll also bring:
- A resident-first approach and interest in knowing the person behind the care plan.
- A collaborative approach to working with residents, families, and the care team.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Current active registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- At least one year of relevant experience in an institutional healthcare setting.
