What You'll Do

As a Dietitian, you will provide comprehensive nutritional care and support to patients across a variety of clinical settings. Responsibilities include:

• Assess patients' nutritional status and identify nutrition-related needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and modify plans as needed.
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families.
• Recommend and approve nutritional supplements based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of nutrition formulary standards appropriate for the patient population.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
