Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: Starting $32/hour and up (Based on experience, education, and credentials)

We are hiring a Registered Dietitian (RDN) or RD2Be to join our team and provide nutritional care in rehabilitation and long-term care settings.

What You'll Do

Conduct nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
Complete admission, quarterly, and annual nutrition assessments.
Monitor residents’ weights, nutritional status, wounds, tube feedings, and renal nutrition needs.
Maintain accurate nutrition documentation and review weight and wound reports
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and conduct sanitation reviews.

Who Should Apply:

Registered Dietitians (RDNs/RDs).
Graduating dietetic interns and eligible RD2Be candidates are also welcome.
Entry-level and experienced candidates passionate about nutrition and resident care.
