•  Full-time position.
•  Travel required for on-site facility surveys.

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
•  Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential + state licensure.
•  Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (nursing home preferred).
•  Survey/surveillance experience preferred.
•  Ability to obtain SMQT certification within 12 months.
•  Strong analytical, communication, and investigative skills.

•  Conduct surveys and complaint investigations in nursing homes.
•  Evaluate dietary services for regulatory compliance.
•  Interview staff, residents, and families.
•  Prepare reports and Statements of Deficiencies.
•  Review and assess Plans of Correction.
•  Provide expertise on nutritional standards and care.
