Summer Sign-On Bonus – St. Francis (2nd Shift Only)

Join our team at St. Francis this summer and receive a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible 2nd Shift positions (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)!

We are offering this limited-time incentive for qualified new hires who join our team during the months of June, July, or August.

Bonus Details:

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Applies to eligible 2nd Shift positions only (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Valid for hires starting between June 1 – August 31

Pay Range:
RN: $34.00 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience

Weekday Differentials:

• +$2/hr for 2nd shift

• +$5/hr for 3rd shift

Weekend Differentials:

• +$2/hr for 1st shift

• +$3/hr for 2nd shift

• +$6.50/hr for 3rd shift

Job Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations

• Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed

• Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Long-term care experience preferred

• Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board
