Your Role as an RN

Our Registered Nurses are an important part of the leadership and clinical care provided every day. You will help coordinate resident care, guide members of the nursing team, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing residents and monitoring changes in health and condition
• Providing direct nursing care, medications, and treatments
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care
• Communicating with physicians, providers, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Providing leadership and direction to LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Assistants
• Responding to changes in condition and medical emergencies
• Ensuring accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promoting resident dignity, choice, privacy, and independence
• Supporting infection prevention, quality improvement, and safety initiatives
• Helping ensure nursing services meet federal, state, and facility requirements
• Creating a positive and collaborative environment for residents and staff

The RN We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident in their nursing skills while never losing sight of the person behind the care.

Our ideal candidate has:

• An active Minnesota Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Confidence providing leadership and direction to the nursing team
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach
• The ability to prioritize and make sound clinical decisions
• A commitment to teamwork and high-quality care

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Lift and move approximately 30–60 pounds with assistance as needed
• Walk, stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday
• Safely perform the essential duties of the Registered Nurse position
