Job description:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to provide quality nursing care in patients' homes. The ideal candidate has strong clinical assessment skills, works independently, and is committed to delivering safe, patient-centered care while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Hourly Rate: $40-$48
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / On-Call
Qualifications:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year nursing experience (home health or hospital preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Able to work independently in the field
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Strong competency in clinical assessment and critical thinking
Job Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor health status
- Administer medications and perform wound care, injections, and other ordered treatments
- Develop, implement, and update patient care plans
- Complete required clinical documentation, including OASIS when applicable
- Report significant changes in patient condition to the care team and physician
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe environment during home visits
- Provide clinical guidance for complex cases and care decisions
- Review and sign care plans as required
- Support development and implementation of nursing protocols and clinical procedures, as authorized
- Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations
