About the Role:
The Registered Nurse (RN) at North End Ranch Developmental Services (DS) provides coordination of nursing services and medical oversight in the residential program, consistent with their professional licensure. The RN at North End Ranch DS is consistently responsible for training direct care staff and ensuring compliance with all medical interventions and regulatory requirements within the facility. This is a full-time position at 30 hours per week.
North End Ranch is a long-term Level 3 group home serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse population of individuals and to collaborate closely with direct care staff, across the residential setting. The RN at North End Ranch DS works in close partnership with the prescribing team, including the Medical Director, as well as the North End Ranch Manager to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
