What You’ll Do
Deliver psychiatric nursing services aligned with the needs and model fidelity of each program.
Apply expertise in psychiatric assessment and intervention across diverse clinical settings.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and care teams to coordinate psychiatric and medical treatment.
Oversee medication monitoring and administration and manage pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
Support individuals in their recovery journey by promoting wellness, independence, and personal growth.
Lead operational responsibilities including nurse scheduling, UKG and Compass management, and annual performance evaluations for assigned nursing staff.
What You Bring
Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Active State of Michigan RN Licensure.
Minimum of four years of psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Stages of Change.
Ability to work independently with flexible hours, including occasional nights, weekends, or holidays.
