Job Description:
Branson Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit offers an exciting opportunity to care for a diverse population of higher-acuity patients in a collaborative, team-focused environment. Similar to a cardiac/neuro telemetry unit, our nurses provide specialized care while maintaining a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4–5, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and exceptional care. Our tiered acuity model gives nurses the opportunity to build advanced clinical skills by caring for patients requiring therapies such as BiPAP, Optiflow, cardiac infusions, and insulin drips. Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Experience:
Preferred: Previous nursing experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exhibits valuable time management skills
Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills.
Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
Required: RN license active in the state of Missouri
Required: BLS must be obtained within 90 days
ACLS must be obtained within one year of hire
