About the Role:Dependable Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our growing team in Canton, MI. Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and progress accurately
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and discharge instructions
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
Requirements:- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
- Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
