• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $59.36 $63.36 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 16:30; schedule varies week to week (e.g., 3 days at one facility and 2 at the other, or 2/3 split); includes every other weekend
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a travel/contract Registered Nurse Case Manager position with Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital Case Management. The traveler will float between two facilities Petaluma and Healdsburg located approximately 30 minutes apart. Weekly scheduling varies: one week may be 3 days at one facility and 2 at the other, with the split potentially switching the following week, or up to 5 days at a single facility if PTO is in play.

• Epic EHR experience is a hard requirement candidates without Epic experience will not be considered

Important Notes

• All RTO (Request Time Off) must be submitted upfront
• Traveler will float between Petaluma and Healdsburg facilities (approximately 30 minutes apart)
• Schedule includes every other weekend

• Employment hours: 8 regular hours in a day OR 40 regular hours in 1 week
