We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to care for our patients with<\/span> compassion <\/span> and one who can<\/span> facilitate their speedy recovery. The candidate will be responsible for educating them and their families on prevention methods and healthy habits. Ideally, the candidate should be a responsible, <\/span> gentle<\/span> and well -trained professional who can provide exceptional nursing care with minimal supervision whilst following health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote the patient's well -being by providing high quality nursing care.<\/span> <\/font>

    • Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.<\/span> <\/li>
    • Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians.<\/span> <\/li>
    • Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.<\/span> <\/li>
    • Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patient’s charts.<\/span> <\/li>
    • Adjust and administer patient’s medication(s) and provide treatments according to the physician’s orders.<\/span> <\/li>
    • Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.).<\/span> <\/li>
    • Provide instant medical care in emergencies.<\/span> <\/li>
    • Assist surgeons during operations.<\/span> <\/li>
    • Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.<\/span> <\/li>
    • Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.<\/span> <\/li>
    • Expand their knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.

      The role of RN in the Operating Room is to assist surgeons during operations and keep the operating room sterile. Maintaining the ability to work<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/i><\/div><\/span><\/div>
      under pressure, attention to detail, while utilizing your strong knowledge of operation procedures will be vital in this role. Here at Insight, we strive<\/span>

      effectiveness. This position requires 8 hour shifts Monday -Friday (11AM - 7:00PM) & 24 hour call schedule that is split amongst OR team<\/span>

        Requirements<\/h3>
        • Proven experience as a registered nurse.<\/font> <\/span> <\/li>
        • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.<\/font> <\/span> <\/li>
        • Excellent knowledge of emergency care.<\/font> <\/span> <\/li>
        • In -depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times.<\/font> <\/span> <\/li>
        • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/font> <\/span> <\/li>
        • Responsible and compassionate.<\/font> <\/span> <\/li>
        • Outstanding organizational and multi -tasking skills.<\/font> <\/span> <\/li>
        • Patient with excellent problem -solving skills.<\/font> <\/span> <\/li>
        • B.Sc or other diploma from a nursing program.<\/font> <\/span> <\/li>
        • A valid nursing license.<\/font> <\/li> <\/ul><\/span>

          Benefits<\/h3>$38,000 to $52,000 salary based on experience

          Shift Monday to Friday/11am - 7pm<\/div><\/span>
