Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, delivering safe and effective care, and supporting individuals and families through every stage of treatment and recovery.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately and timely.
Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and provider orders.
Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in status, and escalate concerns appropriately.
Educate patients and family members on care plans, medications, discharge instructions, and self-care strategies.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes.
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for patients, visitors, and team members.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted nursing license in the applicable state or jurisdiction.
Current knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and clinical procedures.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation preferred.
Commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and teamwork.
Preferred Skills
Experience in acute care, long-term care, outpatient, or specialty settings.
Strong assessment and care coordination abilities.
Ability to educate and support diverse patient populations.
Familiarity with quality improvement and patient safety practices.
